**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 12 years schooling
- 4 year’s appropriate experience and the ability to operate computer/conventionally controlled security systems.
- A valid residence and work permit in Germany
- Valid police clearance upon interviews

**DUTIES**: The incumbent of this position will responsible for the following:

- Receive visitors at the Consulate, determine nature and purpose of visit and assist.
- Provide information about Consulate, such as location or services provided.
- Operate telephone switchboard. Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Perform administrative support tasks
- Civic services - receive & process Passport, Temporary Passport, IDs, Birth, Marriage & Death Applications, Letter of No Impediment, Determination Of citizenship & Application for Abridged & Unabridged Certificates & Related Civic matters.
- Capture related Immigration matters in accordance with the South African Civic &, Immigration Act, Treasury Regulations and other regulations from the Department of Home Affairs.
- Render Consular & Agency Services
- Provide general information about South Africa to members of the public.

**Remuneration: Salary range: €32 969 - €50 906 per annum. **The starting salary will be calculated according to qualifications and years of relevant experience.
