E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) manages and implements the digital transformation of E.ON, with around 1500 employees and in close collaboration with many more Digital Technology colleagues across all E.ON Business Units.

Then this is your opportunity to drive the transformation of the HR Function within E.ON Digital Technology as our HR Director (f/m/d). As a partner for our technology functions, you will lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to retirement, ensuring we have the right people and skills on board to deliver E.ONs Digital Transformation Strategy.
**Your Opportunity**
- Together with your team of 30 HR Experts you are responsible for the entire EDT HR Portfolio in close collaboration with colleagues of E.ON´s Group HR functions
- You develop and implement a state-of-the-art HR vision in close collaboration with the Management Board and ensure that it´s fit for purpose and future-proof for our diverse and technology-centric organization
- You translate our vision into a transformation roadmap with actionable projects and goals aiming to drive the digitalization of our HR function, to optimize and simplify our processes and to maximize the Employee Experience
- You lead with empathy and inspire your team to bring the vision to life; taking EDT´s HR function from a supporting role into the driver seat
- You will provide the necessary steer to take our HR Landscape to the next level, especially in the areas of Employer Branding, Recruiting, Learning and Development and Employee Experience
- You act as a trusted partner and advise EDT´s Management Board on HR Topics with a great understanding for emerging trends, helping to balance the art of the possible and to ensure EDT is a great place to work and the employer of choice.
- You will closely collaborate with international units to foster a common HR Culture across our entire Digital Technology Community

**Your Profile**
- You can showcase a strong track record as HR Director/ Head of HR (f/m/d) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably within complex, international matrix organizations
- You have deep relevant experiences with HR transformations, ideally in technical and expertise driven organizations
- You have great strategic capability, paired with the ability to translate it into tactics that are widely supported
- You are a changemaker and have an innovative mindset that helps to foster the development of new ideas, approaches and methods
- You have a hands-on attitude and enjoy working as integral part of a diverse organization
- You have great networking and collaboration skills and constructively interact with various stakeholders like Management Board, Organizational Leaders, Co-Determination bodies, Group HR and drive towards practical and valuable solutions
- You are well-versed in operating in an international environment and can flex your style accordingly
- Your fluent German and English language skills complement your profile
