We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic student to join our dynamic IT team This role is your golden ticket to dive into the world of Information Systems and beyond, gaining hands-on experience in a real-world environment. We are looking for a working student to join our IT Team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support to define and create reports, and automate processes for our IT department.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to improve information system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Support the documentation of system processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Assist with training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Support completion of ad-hoc requests by management.

**Your profile**:

- Your are a passionate Student studying Information Systems/Computer Science, ideally pursuing an advanced technical degree.
- You have hands-on experience with Web technologies (e.g. PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript...) and knowledge in programming.
- You are skilled in Power BI and Power Automate, turning data into actionable insights.
- You are an analytical powerhouse with a knack for problem-solving.
- You are fluent in verbal and nonverbal English communication; German and extra languages are a bonus.
- Your are bursting with initiative and organizational prowess, ready to tackle any challenge head-on.
