**Position Overview**

In Ihrer Rolle als **Senior Sales Operations Associate (m/w/d)** unterstützen Sie unser Verkaufsteam in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen des Tagesgeschäfts und gewährleisten jederzeit einen professionellen und exzellenten Kundenservice.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere E-Commerce Kunden bei allen Anliegen im Bereich Sales Operation
- Ordermanagement (Eingabe der Bestellungen, Orderabgleich, Ordersplit, EDI-Übertragung, Vorbereitung und Versendung von Auftragsbestätigungen)
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Erreichung unserer Fiskal
- und Quartalsziele
- Pflege von Analysen und Reports sowie Erstellung von Vorlagen und Übersichten
- Reklamations
- und Retourenmanagement
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production und Brand Planning)

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder akademische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sind Voraussetzung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Bereich E-Commerce
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden mit hohem Maß an Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
