In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie mit einem Team aus Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Managern in projektbasierten Prozessen zusammen. Sie unterstützen die Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung verschiedenster regionaler medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Projekte und Prozesse. Sie berichten an einen Head of MSL Oncology.

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Projektmanagement
- Projektbasierte Zusammenarbeit mit dem MSL Team
- Planung, Überwachung und Organisation verschiedener Projekte bis zur Fertigstellung
- Koordination des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeiter
- Organisation
- Vertragsmanagement
- Materialverwaltung (inkl. Koordination des Versandes an den Außendienst) sowie Archivierung und Ablage
- Rechnungsmanagement inkl. sachlicher Prüfung/Freigabe elektronischer Rechnungen
- Organisation regionaler Veranstaltungen (VA) und Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem MSL Team, Veranstaltungsmanagement und weiteren nationalen Funktionen, ggf. Unterstützung bei VA vor Ort
- Unterstützung bzw. Koordination der Technik und Durchführung von Online/Hybrid-Veranstaltungen
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Kongressen und anderen Projekten
- Unterstützung der Dokumentation und Abrechnung von regionalen Veranstaltungen
- Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten unter Beachtung des Pharmacodex und rechtlicher Anforderungen

**Fachliche Anforderungen**:

- Kaufmännischer Abschluss oder abgeschlossene medizinische Berufsausbildung (z.B. MTA)
- erste Vertriebs
- oder Projekterfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie von Vorteil
- Hohes Interesse an medizinischen Themen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- SAP Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Organisieren von Veranstaltungen und Events erwünscht
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
