**Deine Aufgaben**
- Als Kundenbetreuer*in bist du für die Betreuung unserer Kunden zuständig Das sind in den meisten Fällen Fahrschüler oder deren Eltern. Du berätst unsere Fahrschüler zu all ihren Fragen rund um den Führerschein, vor und während ihrer Ausbildung
- Die Beratung und Beantwortung der verschiedenen Anliegen unserer Kunden findet persönlich, per Telefon, E-Mail sowie Messenger statt.
- Beratung und Akquise von Neukunden
- Dokumentation von Ausbildungsabläufen
- Mit deiner entspannten, sympathischen und am besten noch humorvollen Art, begleitest Du deine Schüler durch ihre Ausbildung bis zur bestandenen Prüfung
- Ja, so eine Überraschung: Wir haben natürlich auch Fahrlehrer Diese unterstützt Du bei der täglichen Arbeit Nein, keine Sorge, du musst nicht auf dem Beifahrersitz sitzen und die Fahrschüler unterrichten. Wir meinen eher die administrativen Tätigkeiten.
- Außerdem buchst und koordinierst Du die Prüftermine beim TÜV. Das ist jetzt nicht so spannend formuliert - aber immerhin hat der TÜV ein Smiley im Namen.
- Aufgaben im Backoffice: Beschwerdebearbeitung, Bearbeitung von Kündigungen und Widerrufen, Bearbeitung von Inkasso-Fällen
