We, the **Autins GmbH**, are a dynamic, successful, fast-growing and internationally active company in the field of vehicle acoustics and vehicle thermal management with several locations in Europe. We are continuing to develop and are looking for a full-time **Financial Controller (M/F/d)** for the Hilden site.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Production of Weekly Reports
- Production of Monthly Company Management Accounts for the company.
- Preparing and entering monthly journal entries to monthly deadlines.
- Preparation of periodic (monthly and annual) financial statements on an accurate and timely basis, including income and expenditure accounts, budgets, variance analysis and commentaries, in German GAAP and IFRS formats.
- Providing financial support to key budget holders and their teams to understand variances and the implications for both current and future financial years.
- Assisting management with the completion of annual budgets and rolling forecasts during the year.
- Preparing, reconciling, and clearing Balance Sheet control accounts and maintaining the process for ensuring that these are undertaken on a regular basis.
- Preparing weekly a cash flow forecast for the German operations.
- Assisting the Group Financial Controller with Annual budget process/quarterly production of Company Forecasts; including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
- Assisting in completing year end tasks and reporting.
- Preparing VAT Returns
- Pay roll preparing
- Stock control and stock management.
- Controlling the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Providing analysis/due diligence in order to inform decisions relating to major projects, contracts, loans and grants.
- Keeping up-to-date process and systems procedural documentation.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
**Essential Skills**
- Certified Accountant or Qualified by experience with relevant experience would be considered.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and have a strong commitment to timely task completion.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to explain financial information in a clear way.
- Resilient and resourceful, being ready to go the extra mile and balance priorities in order to deliver to deadlines within a demanding environment.
- Experience of Microsoft Office. Intermediate level in Excel.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Pro-active approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong desire to effect continuous improvements to the systems and processes that are within the scope of the role as defined; documenting procedural changes as necessary.
**Desirable Skills**
- Knowledge of Datev accounting software.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing business.
- Experience of working with European businesses.
Pay: 40.514,99€ - 57.034,33€ per year
