Coordinator Digitalization in Globaltechnology

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
In your role as Coordinator Digitalization in Global Technology you will be responsible for:

- Global Coordination of digitalization projects in technology departement and advising on digitalization topics
- Project management of international projects for the development and introduction of new solutions with global reach
- Capturing business requirements and development of target concepts (inlc. business case calculation
- Evaluation of concepts in terms of feasibiity and elaboration of the value proposition (POC)
- Prioritisation and independent structuring of tasks
- Cooperation with all BASF stakeholders
- Coordination of external consultancies and service providers
- Coordination and implementation of workshops
- Trend scouting and market observation regarding new digital solutions

**WHAT YOU OFFER**:
Master’s degree in natural sciences or comparable professional training with corresponding further training and passion in digitalization, IT, and/or informatics.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role or in relevant fields (R&D, Analytics, Application Engineering, etc) in combination with digitalization and/or automation
- Extensive experience in project and process management
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as great initiative
- High flexibility and resilience and the ability to deal with and coordinate frequently changing priorities
- Strong team spirit, goal-oriented and customer-focused collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good international communication skills
- Change management awareness and know how
- High affinity for IT topics and interest in future developments and trends in this field
- Willingness to travel globally
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
