The ANNAX Group is part of the Wabtec Corporation Group since 2018 and has 3 locations in Germany, Switzerland and China with over 360 employees. ANNAX provides the overall technical solutions to generate, transmit and display information. Our system solutions in the rail industry include ANNAX passenger information with many subsystems already integrated, such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for the blind and deaf, infotainment/entertainment system and others.

To strengthen our team at our Munich-Brunnthal location we are looking for a Site Buyer (M/F/d)

Your tasks:

- Report directly to Site Sourcing Manager
- Act as a focal point between Annax and Wabtec’s Purchasing organization for all NPR relevant activities
- Support actively integration of Wabtec Purchasing organization, tools, processes and practices
- Ensure Sourcing strategies for your scope of activity are in line with Wabtec Regional Commodity organization
- Responsible for sourcing of NPR (Indirect Purchasing):

- Defined and communicate Sourcing Strategy and insure long-term implementation within Annax
- Manage and develop Supplier Panel
- Set up internal processes. Track and monitor right implementation
- Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) for indirect material is in line with Company goals
- Strictly follow Sourcing processes, challenge specification, manages RFQs and put in place right contacts in order to cover the need
- Monitor and report QCD performances
- Support Material Planning Tean and act as first leverage of escalation in case of issues with Suppliers
- Enhance Supplier Relationship management and organize periodic Supplier Management Review with local suppliers
- Support Sourcing Team with Quality, Changes and Delivery issues during serial delivery of parts
- Support Project Purchasing with some projects
- Participate actively in the establishment of a strong Annax Sourcing and Project Purchasing team
- Support actively improvement and implementation of Sourcing and Project Purchasing processes & tools

Your profile:

- Bachelor degree or industrial clerk apprenticeship
- More than 3 years of experience in procurement activity in industrial area
- Goal and result oriented
- Negotiation experience in an international context
- Fluent in German and English
- Expert with ERP (SAP) and Office package
