Technical Support Specialist

Ihre Aufgaben
- Vertriebsunterstützung und Beratung bei technischen Fragestellungen zu digitalen Wasserzählern
- Kundensupport für Lösungen zur Fernauslesung von abrechnungsrelevanten Geräten wie Wasserzählern, Wärmemengenzählern, Heizkostenverteilern und zugehörigen Webapplikationen
- Aufbau und Pflege einer Wissensdatenbank als Grundlage für den technischen Support
- Durchführen von Produktschulungen für interne und externe Stellen
- Besuche von themenrelevanten Messen und Teilnahme an eigenen Messeauftritten
- Dokumentation und Pflege interner technischer Produktdatenbanken
- Berichterstattung und Unterstützung des Teams im Bereich Produktmanagement
- Bei Bedarf Reisebereitschaft für Supportdienstleistungen bei ausgewählten Kunden vor Ort
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Messtechnik oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem, technischen Sachverstand
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Affinität zum kooperativen Lösen von Herausforderungen mit internen und externen Stellen
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Teamplayer mit sehr guten rhetorischen Fähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft Selbstständige, strukturierte und zügige Arbeitsweise mit der notwendigen Hands-On-Mentalität und Lösungsorientierung
