Ihre Rolle:
Die Rolle des Digital Product Owner ist in der Konzernfunktion Corporate Brand & Communications, Abteilung Brand, in Oberkochen angesiedelt. Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Abteilung gilt der Marke: diese zu schützen, wachsen zu lassen sowie markenkonformes Arbeiten sowohl durch ZEISS Mitarbeiter als auch externe Partner wie z.B. Agenturen sicherzustellen. Ihre Rolle- die digitalen Produkte und Produkt Visionen für das ZEISS Brand Portal (CMS Tool) und ZEISS Agency Finder (MSFT Power App) verantworten und weiterentwickeln- die Planung und Entwicklung der Produkt Roadmap, Roll-out neuer Features und Releases sowie den Betrieb beider digitaler Produkte, in einem teilweise agilen Set-up und unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzerbedürfnisse verantworten, um den Produkterfolg für die gesamte Organisation sicherzustellen- zukünftige Anwender und Stakeholder identifizieren, mit ihnen zusammenarbeiten, deren Bedürfnisse verstehen, antizipieren und sowohl in Geschäftsstrategie als auch in end-to-end digitales (Marken-) Erlebnis übersetzen -Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Business
- & Nutzeranforderungen sowie technischer und Design Möglichkeiten verantworten- Anforderungen priorisieren (Scope, Budget, Timing, Ressourcen) und dabei Chancen und Risiken im Blick behalten, ggf. Entscheidungs
- und/oder Managementunterlagen vorbereiten- potenzielle technische Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten zu/von anderen ZEISS Systemen zur Datenintegration identifizieren, prüfen und umsetzen- die Produkterfolge konstant im Auge behalten und Updates sowie Upgrades basierend auf Nutzeranforderungen durchführen - sowohl in Bezug auf den Inhalt als auch den technischen Betrieb- den technischen Betrieb sowie die anwendungstechnische Unterstützung der digitalen Produkte aufbauen und sicherstellen- die Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und inhaltlicher Aktualität in Zusammenarbeit mit Content Ownern verantworten- in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Analytics-Experten ein Monitoring
- und Analysesystem aufbauen, um Daten kontinuierlich zu tracken und auszuwerten, sodass Maßnahmen abgeleitet und implementiert werden können- interne Stakeholder und Sponsoren sowie weiterer ZEISS Kollegen oder Initiativen koordinieren sowie teils fachlich führen -Produktteams inklusive externer Partner, wie UX/UI Design und IT-Entwicklungsagenturen steuern- sich bezüglich neuester agiler Best Practices sowie den aktuellen Trends zu künftigen digitalen Plattformen auf dem neuesten Stand halten- sich mit anderen Product Ownern vernetzen- einen flexiblen Arbeitsmodus (mobiles vs. Vor-Ort Arbeiten) in der Carl Zeiss AG haben
Ihr Profil:
- Minimum 3 Jahre vorherige Arbeitserfahrung als Product Owner oder Management komplexer Projekte, vorzugsweise in Konzernen / renommierten Design Agenturen- nachweisbarer Erfolg in der Implementierung digitaler Projekte- Bachelor oder Master Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Digitale Medien, Interaction Design, User Experience / Interface Design, oder andere relevante Felder- idealerweise PO Zertifizierung -Zertifizierter SCRUM Master o.ä. von Vorteil -tiefgehendes Verständnis und Erfahrung mit agilen Prozessen und Prinzipien, z.B. SCRUM- ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Steuerung von (Digital
- / Entwicklungs-) Agenturen- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von KPIs, zugehöriger regelmäßiger Auswertung sowie gängigen Webanalytics und Monitoring Methoden- exzellentes Projekt
- und Zeitmanagement- tiefgehende analytische und Problemlösung-Fähigkeiten- Kritikfähigkeit gepaart mit konstruktivem Denken für anschließende Optimierungen -ausgeprägte Zielsetzungs
- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit -konzeptionelle Kompetenz- kreativer Denker mit Vision -Erfahrung in/mit Design Thinking- eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise- hohes Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein -Flexibilität -hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations
