An unserer Firmenzentrale in Neuwied produzieren wir High-Tech-Klebebänder für die Industrie im engen Verbund mit unseren rund 1.900 Kollegen und Kolleginnen weltweit in über 20 Ländern der Erde.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Administration der Weiterbildungen
- Durchführung der jährlichen Weiterbildungsplanung
- Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern hinsichtlich Weiterbildungsbedarf
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der internen und externen HR-bezogenen Qualitätsaudits
- Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten im Bereich Training & Personalentwicklung (insb. Einführung eines LMS)
- Nach der Einführung des Learning Management Systems (LMS) außerdem Administration des LMS
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung digitaler Lerninhalte
- Auswahl und Gestaltung von Standard-Content für die Lohmann Akademie

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene einschlägige akademische Ausbildung (Bachelor oder Master), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen digitales Lernen, LMS-Administration und/oder E-Learning
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der praktischen Trainingsorganisation von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz
- Freude & Kompetenz in der Nutzung digitaler Tools zur Kollaboration, zum Lernen und zur Wissensvermittlung
- Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Office 365
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2)
- Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (B1)
