**Siemens Energy Graduate Program - Engineering & Digitalization Management (Steam Turbine)**:

**What You Can Expect**

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-months assignment abroad (Covid permitting).

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders. You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow.

Our engineering team for Steam Turbines & Generators is part of the Transformation of Industry organization at Siemens Energy. You will operate in a dynamic, hands-on environment, together with a team of engineering experts. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving digitalization in engineering, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative digital solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry. During your daily work, you will learn moderating, leading, and motivating intercultural teams within change processes and an international network.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Develop and design highly efficient power plant and turbine components and / or auxiliary systems to support the acceleration of industrial decarbonization
- Drive digitalization projects to further optimize and automate industrial processes and data management
- Collaborate across disciplines within a global and diverse network of Engineering experts
- Support technical consulting of a global Sales team and customers from different industries

**What You Bring**
- A proactive approach and ownership for your projects
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization combined with the passion to work in teams
- Flexibility in the way of working and collaborating within the team as well as willingness to take a leading role
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment
- A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in in mechanical / industrial engineering or a similar technical field combined with a business background
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills (German is a plus) to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program
