Senior Finance Administrator

**Description of role**:
This role will mainly be providing support directly to the Finance manager and team, in regards to finance aspects of Germany operations.

**Detailed activities**:

- Processing of daily accounts payable
- Raise and manage weekly payments support
- Raise and manage weekly/monthly sales invoices and credit notes
- Preparation of 13 week rolling cash forecasts
- Chasing overdue debtors
- Maintain PO depletion reports in conjunction with operations
- Processing of bank transactions on accounts software
- Assist towards monthly/ yearly closes
- Liaise with external accountants
- Sending accounts to the Finance management team for consolidation reports
- Supporting creation of yearly budget and quarterly forecasts

**Special Conditions of the position**:
**Required Skills and Attributes**
- Proficient in both German and English, any other language is a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal
- Advanced IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Work on own initiative
- Good assessment and judgement skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Willingness to undertake further appropriate training
- Professional qualifications or qualified by experience

Pay: 40.000,00€ - 45.000,00€ per year
