Are you a driven legal professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a global industrial leader? **_Outokumpu_**, a pioneer in sustainable and durable solutions, is seeking a **_Legal Counsel_** to join our international legal team. This role will be based in Krefeld, Germany, but you will be part of a broader European team, providing legal support across various entities at a European level. Additionally, you will be responsible for corporate housekeeping specifically for our German entities.

**_Your Responsibilities:_**
- Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Manage legal proceedings, including court cases and insolvency matters.
- Prepare internal reports and recommendations on legal topics and support in legal research and training.
- Develop and maintain legal templates, policies, and guidelines
- Manage external legal counsel relationships
- Draft and manage resolutions, notary appointments, and corporate change entries in relevant registers.
- Maintain and develop the corporate housekeeping database.
- Support supervisory board meetings, including invitations, minutes, and related correspondence.
- Monitoring changes in law and propose measures to adapt accordingly.

**_Your Profile:_**
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany with an appropriate degree.
- Professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal team is preferable but not required.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Ability to combine legal knowledge and business acumen.
