**Take Responsibility, The Position**:
As a member of the global eCommerce team at Stokke, the eCommerce Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of our online sales platforms. They develop and implement innovative solutions and services in the areas of logistics, stock management and product personalisation, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimise the customer experience and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**End-to-End Order Fulfilment**:
- Manage the entire order fulfilment process, including order processing, inventory allocation, and shipping.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the e-commerce operations setup globally.
- Optimize processes from checkout to post-purchase ensuring a seamless consumer journey.
- Collaborate with Stokke’s in-house Supply Chain and Logistics teams to create cutting-edge delivery solutions.
**Stay Ahead of Trends**:
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends in eCommerce logistics.
- Adapt strategies to meet current and future customer expectations.
**Stock Synchronization**:
- Monitor stock levels across all eCommerce channels.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels in cooperation with Stokke’s Supply Chain team to prevent cancellations and missed business opportunities.
**Product Personalization**:
- Take ownership of Stokke’s global personalization machines.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless customisation of products
