- Als Payroll Support Specialist (m/w/d) bietest du einen erstklassigen Service für alle Sage HR - Kunden.
Dein Einsatz fördert die Kundenzufriedenheit, die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Customer Journey, was sich direkt in einem hohen Customer Lifetime Value und aktiven Sage-Promotoren niederschlägt.
Bei produktbezogenen Herausforderungen arbeitest Du abteilungsübergreifend mit unserem Product & Engineering zusammen.
Dein Feedback an die Produktteams trägt direkt zur weiteren Produktautomatisierung und zu einem hervorragenden Benutzererlebnis bei.
Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit unserer SAGE-HR Kunden und Businesspartner durch einen erstklassigen Payroll-Support, über alle Medien und Kanäle.
- Du nimmst das Anliegen Deiner Kund:innen ernst und kümmerst Dich darum, die bestmögliche Lösung zu finden. Deine Kund:innen wissen stets, dass ihr Anliegen bei Dir in guten Händen ist.
- Durch Dein Wissen, welches Du Dir nach und nach bei SAGE aneignest, wirst Du zum/zur Spezialist:in für das Produkt. Dadurch bist Du in der Lage, individuelle und vielseitige Kundenanfragen zu unserer SAGE-Lohnabrechnungssoftware zu lösen und eine reibungslose Nutzung zu gewährleisten.
- Du agierst z.B. als Key User für Softwaretests, wenn es Neuentwicklung an der Software gibt.
- Dein erlangtes Wissen bringst Du in unsere Wissensdatenbank ein, z.B. durch die Erstellung von FAQs oder Video Content.
**Was Du mitbringst**
- Es gibt fast nichts, dass man nicht lernen kann
Ob Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mitbringst oder Quereinsteiger aus einem anderen Bereich bist, ist nicht entscheidend.
- Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung mit.
- Schön wäre, wenn Du bereits erste Erfahrung mit entsprechenden Software-Programmen sammeln konntest.
- Sei wissbegierig und neugierig, um gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen und Partnern zu wachsen.
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Kund:innen, bist kommunikativ und agierst teamorientiert.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch, hast einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität und Sorgfalt deiner Arbeit und möchtest Berge versetzen, um die Zufriedenheit deiner Kund:innen sicherzustellen.
- Du hast eine positive, kreative und motivierte Einstellung mit einer ausgeprägten Lernbereitschaft.
