**Sitz der Firma**
Unser Büro befindet sich in der Wielandstraße 5, 10625 Berlin, fußläufig zum Kurfürstendamm, vielen Restaurants in der Kantstraße und dem S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz. Ab Dezember 2024 befindet sich unser Büro im SILVA, einer hochmodernen PRIMUS-Immobilie in der Lietzenburger Straße 76.

**Abteilung Team**: Architecture

**Funktion**: Als Mitglied im Architecture Team der PRIMUS ist der/die Junior Architekt/- in beim Gestalten, Planen und Realisieren der Projekte verantwortlich und koordiniert die externen Planungspartner.

**Aufgaben Projektebene**:
Der/Die Junior Architekt/-in unterstützt das Architekten-Team bei den PRIMUS Projekten und verantwortet dabei als Teammitglied insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung bei der Entwurfs-, Ausführungs
- und Detailplanung von Bauprojekten.
- Erstellung von Planzeichnungen, Gestaltungskonzepten im Hochbau
- und Interiorbereich. Unterstützung im Projektankaufsprozess und Aufsetzung von Projektstudien
- Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Konzepten für Neubau
- und Sanierungsprojekte.
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit externen Fachplanern und beteiligten Partnern.
- Unterstützung bei der Bauüberwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.

**Sonstiges**:

- In Abstimmung mit der Leitung zusätzliche Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten.
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen sowie aktiven Netzwerken zu relevanten Geschäftspartnern
- und Kontakten

**Qualifikationen**:
Der / Die Junior Architekt/-in bringt folgende Qualifikationen mit:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Bachelor oder Master).
- Praktische Erfahrungen (mind. 2 Jahre) in einem Architekturbüro oder bei Bauprojekten (z.B. Berufserfahrung im Zeichnen von Entwurfs
- und Ausführungsplänen).
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD oder vergleichbar) sowie gängigen Grafikprogrammen (z.B. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit an vielseitigen Projekten.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Interesse an nachhaltigem Bauen und aktuellen Architekturtrends.
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
