We are looking for a new colleague in our Strategy Dev. / Market Mgmt PS ADAS & Electronics team at our location in Hanover or Friedrichshafen.
**Your tasks**:
- Understanding and structuring the market landscape (customers, competition, technology provider, macro-environment, industry environment evolution) and identification of actual and future market and customer needs and trends
- Lead the global team of Product Segment Marketing Managers
- Developing a solid product roadmap with a clear and sustainable differentiation as well as Development of value propositions and related marketing communication concepts
- Analysis of customer request for quotations and preparation of commercial offers
- Expanding and managing the product portfolio, preparing business cases with a pricing & differentiation strategy
**Your profile**:
- Engineering background in electrical engineering or economic qualification (e.g. MBA with focus on marketing)
- Several years of relevant work experience in marketing or a similar customer facing role as well as excellent technical understanding, ideally in the areas of driver assistance systems, autonomous driving or vehicle dynamic (braking, steering) systems
- experience in B2B environment (in the automotive industry preferably)
- Creativity, result driven and financial skills as well as good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, German or any other language is an asset
