\-- Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Bildungsberatung und Kundenbetreuung Manager (gn) für unser junges und schnell wachsendes Startup.

Diese Vollzeit-Position lässt die Arbeit von zu Hause oder aus der Ferne zu.

Die Stelle erfordert fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.

The role requires advanced skills in both English and German.

Tasks

- Du berätst alle Interessenten während der Anmelde
- und Zulassungsphase und machst sie zu Kursteilnehmern. Gleichzeitig sorgst du für ein freundliches und einladendes Umfeld für alle Teilnehmer (gn) unserer Kurse.
- Du sorgst für eine zuverlässige, schnelle und qualitativ hochwertige Kundenbetreuung, um die Klassengröße zu erhöhen.
- Du führst alle erforderlichen Unterlagen mit einem sehr hohen Maß an Genauigkeit.
- Du führst Initiativen durch, um die Erfahrung aller Studenten zu verbessern, indem du relevante Kundenerfahrungs
- und Erfolgsmetriken verwendest.
- Du beantwortest Studentenanfragen über verschiedene Kanäle, einschließlich E-Mail und Telefon.
- Du baust eine enge Beziehung zur Agentur für Arbeit auf und versuchst, das Wissen von StartStep über die Agentur für Arbeit und das Jobcenter sowie deren Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

- You will consult all prospective students through our admissions and enrollment steps, turning them into course participants, while ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment to all students joining our classes.
- You will ensure reliable, speedy and high-quality customer support to grow class sizes.
- You will maintain all necessary paperwork to a very high level of accuracy.
- You will run initiatives to improve the experience of all students, using relevant customer experience and success metrics.
- You will build a strong relationship with the Agentur für Arbeit, and seek to continually improve StartStep’s body of knowledge regarding the Agentur für Arbeit and Jobcenter, as well as their processes.

**Requirements**:

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, den Stil, den Ton und die Stimme von StartSteps zu übernehmen.
- Du liebst es, mit Menschen zu sprechen, hast ein großes Empathievermögen und weißt, wie du Menschen für Ideen begeistern kannst.
- Du hast keine Angst, den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen und Leute anzurufen - wir sind ehrlich, du wirst viel Zeit am Telefon verbringen. Eine frühere Tätigkeit im Vertrieb ist ein großes Plus.
- Du hast bewiesen, dass du bei der Datenerfassung ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit und Sorgfalt an den Tag legst.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System (Pipedrive ist ein großes Plus).
- Du bist ein Profi im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Beziehungen zu öffentlichen Einrichtungen.
- Du bist in der Lage, dich und das Unternehmen auf Informationsveranstaltungen zu präsentieren.
- Du bist in der Lage, mit mehreren Interessengruppen und Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, um die täglichen operativen Aufgaben zu erledigen.
- Du bist in der Lage, gut im Team zu arbeiten und bist bereit, bei Bedarf einzuspringen und anderen zu helfen, indem du dein Wissen über Bundesagentur und ihre Prozesse weitergibst.

- You are fluent in both German & English
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of StartSteps.
- You love talking to people and have a high level of empathy, and know how to excite people for ideas.
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call people - we’ll be honest you’ll spend a lot of time on the phone. Previous work in a sales role is a huge plus.
- You have proven a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- You have previous experience with a CRM (Pipedrive is a big plus).
- You are a star at establishing relationships with public institutions & maintaining these.
- You are able to present yourself & the company at information events.
- You are able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams to complete daily operational tasks.
- You are able to work well in a team, and ready to jump in and help others where needed, sharing your knowledge of AfA and their processes.
