**We are the Global CleanTech100 company and European market leader in ultracapacitors and graphene-based energy-storage systems.** Skeleton has grown from 4 people to over 300 and has raised 200 million EUR financing to scale up manufacturing and execute the ambitious technology road map from high energy ultracapacitors to Superbatteries.
Skeleton Technologies is already successfully delivering products to leading customers ranging from Škoda, Danfoss, Medcom, Wrightbus to leading German Automotives and European Space Agency. **The company's current ultracapacitors have the highest power density in the market and the technology is mature evidence by strong customer contracts and IATF 16949 automotive certification.**
But we have achieved only 0.1% of our potential. In order to achieve the 99.9%, we are looking for an experienced** Quality Control Specialist (M/F/x) **for our material technology entity, who truly believes that the world needs Special Forces to fight climate change and reduce CO2 emissions.
**You will further be involved in the following areas**:
- Conduct product tests and assessments while using a variety of techniques: visual checks, EOL, measurement control method, etc.
- Identify possible product defects (a quality control specialist is ultimately responsible for identifying possible product defects or potential issues and determining further actions/creating an action plan).
- Focus on recording the potential issues & creating a detailed report.
- Support process improvements (in the event of similar defects or issues, create proposals or recommendations to enhance the specific aspect of the manufacturing process).
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing field as a quality control specialist or quality engineering experience.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Professional experience in the automotive industry and production industry would be a plus.
- Basic project management skills and knowledge of problem solving methods.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German or/and Polish would be a plus.
- High integrity, strong communication and interaction skills.
- Distinct goal orientation as well as strong implementation skills.
