Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Head of Service (w/m/d)**, in Voll
- oder Teilzeit.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Individuelle Kundenberatung und Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
- Verantwortlich für die Wartung (Diagnose, Reparaturen, Kalibrierung, Software-Updates und Tests) unserer Sumolight-Produkte
- Regelmäßige Information, Schulung und Zusammenarbeit des Produkt Teams (Entwicklung, Produktion, Elektronik, Mechanik, Lager und Vertrieb) sowie Durchführung interner und externer Labortests
- Unterstützung bei der Veröffentlichung von relevanten Dokumenten (Web und Print)
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei der Entwicklung eines Qualitätsmanagements
- Verwaltung unserer Werkstatt zusammen mit dem Team
- Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von Produktanforderungen, internen Standards und Best-Practices
- Strukturierte und prozessorientierte Erstellung und Ablage der technischen Produktdokumentation
- Einführung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Prozessen und deren Dokumentation
- Hauptansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle Mitarbeiter mit Fragen zur Produkt-Compliance
- Schulung der Entwicklungs-, Einkaufs
- und Produktionsteams in QS-Verfahren und zentralen QM-Prozessen

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen oder technisch-Wirtschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau) oder einer vergleichbaren Ingenieurswissenschaft, Elektro
- oder Lichttechnikbereich)
- Du verfügst bereits über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lichttechnik und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Compliance Fragestellungen (u.a. REACH, ROHS, CE-Kennzeichnung)
- Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von Serienprodukten
- Exzellente Kenntnisse gängiger fügender, umformender und zerspanender Fertigungsmethoden sowie Gießtechniken insbesondere in Hinblick auf DFM
- Kenntnis der QA und QM Begriffe, Methoden und Werkzeuge
- Interesse an regulatorischen Sachverhalten und der Gestaltung von Produktentwicklungs
- und Geschäftsprozessen
- Du kannst ein kleines Team auf positive und motivierende Art führen
