**Start Date**: Immediately (3 month minimum)

**Private Debt Department**: Eurazeo has active presence in the European Private Debt markets since 2007. We are successfully managing more than €7bn in AuM and our team has completed over 200 deals in Europe. As an established Private Debt player we are focusing on the SME segment (with EBITDA sweet spot between €5m and €20m) and offer companies a full range of dedicated debt products including unitranche and acquisition facilities, mezzanine, and growth debt.

Within our German Private Debt team, you will have responsibility for evaluating, executing and monitoring Private Debt transactions.

**Key role and responsibilities**
- Tracking the deal pipeline;
- Supporting senior team members in the initial review and screening of potential transactions oppportunities in the small
- and mid-cap segment, identifying pros and cons of the businesses;
- Assisting investment team in the business, financial and industry due diligence;
- Supporting investment team in the preparation of the investment recommendation papers;
- Preparing the LBO models (cashflow models and debt structures), incl. sensitivity analysis;
- Supporting the monitoring of the portfolio companies.

**Key success factors**
- Previous experience in Private Credit, Leveraged Finance or Corporate Finance;
- Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
- Strong analytical and modelling skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
- Understanding of the Private Equity market;
- Fluency in German and English mandatory.
