**Ihre aufgaben**:

- Pro-actively pitching clients on potential LBO transactions (across sectors, excl. TMT, with focus on Healthcare).
- Leading trees on LBO transactions and managing the full execution process
- Marketing SG’s LBO capabilities to PE clients, advisors and the financial sponsor community.
- Monitoring - in cooperation with Middle Office - the team’s portfolio files and managing processes like refinancings, waivers, extension and/or restructurings. Keeping an active relationship with management teams of portfolio companies.
- Working closely internally with Financial Sponsor Coverage, Loan Syndication & HY Capital Markets, Rating Advisory, Industry Groups and other subsidiaries of the bank (e.g. in the CEE) and building internal relationship network within SG.
- Maintaining very high credit quality standards. Following and ensuring that junior members follow SG Conduct, Culture, Compliance and Credit Policy rules, policies and guidelines.
- As part of a small local team, it will be key to be able to work in a cooperative and efficient manner with SG’s global LBO- and IBD- platforms.

**Ihr profil**:
Experience and technical skills:

- University degree in economics, finance or business administration with specialization in Banking and Finance.
- Around 5-8 years experience in leveraged finance execution and origination (mid-cap and large-cap LBO transactions).
- Existing contacts to the German leveraged finance community, i.e. PE clients, LBO banks and advisors.
- Excellent understanding of debt capital structure instruments including senior and subordinated loans as well as high yield bonds.
- Proven track record in a Leveraged Finance department of a major German or international bank.
- Fluency in German and English (in writing and oral) is essential

- Pro-active type of personality with positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
- “Deal-driven” originator with attention to detail.
- Well organized person, also able to follow closely regulatory and bank internal & compliance guidelines.
- High risk awareness to appropriately identify risks related to LBO transactions.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to successfully work in a distribution driven environment with the London-based syndication & HY teams as well as with other IBD and Sector teams.
