- **Summary**:
The ePharma Key Account Manager (eKAM) will be responsible for the full activation of the brand in a local and international level managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the entire business related to ePharma with a strong focus on top 10 e-pharmacy players in DE
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Lead the full activation of the brands on e-pharmacy
- Strategic lead of these accounts in other countries with focus on ShopApotheke and Zur Rose Group.
- Define and execute the portfolio for the channel out of the Cooper CH and Viatris portfolio.
- Deliver company targets, analyzing performance and potential, taking appropriate actions to secure profitable business.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions especially eCom Activation and the brand marketing team.

**Experience profile**:

- Strong experience in Account Management and/or e-pharma and display an attitude that is key to success.
- Experience in Pharma is a big plus.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Experience of managing major national and international accounts at head office level.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong experience on gaining new clients.
- Experience managing a wide portfolio of products.
- Experience in digital activation.
