_Employment is dependent on the award of a contract_
- Position requires ability to converse, and read and write in English.
- Performs roles and responsibilities under general supervision and provides direct oversight of subordinants.
- Provides consultation to employees, supervisors, management, and Human Resources on practices, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate, review, evaluate, and recommend adjustments of operations while adhering to existing policy, procedure, and practices.
- Monitor and conduct research on assigned departments and areas where work is conducted.
- Maintain communication between departments and management, HR and report data and information on perfomances and processes.
- Create standard job descriptions and collaborate with customers to revise position descriptions in alignment with the established organizational structure.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in related field required.
