Tasks
- Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
- Work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to establish a high-quality product
- Use and evolve our internal design system (Figma)
- Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
- Question the existing order of things and propose new ideas and push for new standards

**Requirements**:
- You bring 5+ years of experience designing consumer facing apps for web/mobile
- You have excellent visual and UI skills
- You have experience bringing designs to production
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have the ability to think through complex challenges
- You have experience with design systems and Figma
- You are able to come up with quick explorations and high fidelity designs, and you know what is needed when
