- ** Ihre Rolle **:Als Teil unseres Sea Logistics Customer Care Teams unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden als erster Ansprechpartner, indem Sie Informationen bereitstellen, Lösungen vorschlagen, Fragen beantworten und auf Beschwerden reagieren. Sie bieten Support an vorderster Front, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden immer zufrieden sind. Sie arbeiten stets partnerschaftlich und in Abstimmung mit dem Operational Care Team. Für Sie steht die Zufriedenheit der Kunden an erster Stelle. Ausgehend von unserem Büro in Koblenz sind Sie der verlässliche Partner und Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden rund um Koblenz in der Seefracht. Somit tragen Sie einen entscheidenden Anteil zur Erreichung des geschäftlichen Erfolges von Kühne + Nagel bei und sichern die Loyalität unserer Kunden.
- ** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie beraten unsere Kunden vollumfänglich zu logistischen Fragestellungen im Bereich Seefracht und erfüllen die Anforderungen mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Sie betreuen Kundenaufträge umfassend, beginnend bei der Implementierung, über die Steuerung der operativen Ausführung bis hin zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit nach erfolgreicher Auftragsabwicklung
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Verkauf und den operativen Fachabteilungen zusammen und erreichen so die gemeinsamen Ziele
- Sie sind in schwierigen Situationen ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und handhaben mögliche Beschwerden professionell und lösungsorientiert
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Integration und Pflege der Kundendaten und erstellen regelmäßig Reports zur Analyse und Optimierung unserer Dienstleistung

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Speditions
- und Logistikdienstleistungen oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der Spedition
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der internationalen Logistikbranche, idealerweise im Bereich Seefracht
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Sicheres, verbindliches und seriöses Auftreten
- Ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Markt
- und Ratensituation in der Seefracht ist von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und initiative Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
