We are looking for a Director Commercial Development (M/F/d) to drive our commercial agenda in the german market. As part of the German Management Team you will focus on driving our growth strategy further and identify growth opportunities and support the implementation. The position is located in our German Atos office in Troisdorf.

What are you driving

Develop commercial strategies to drive profitable growth and secure an excellent execution
Such as expanding the base business by increasing patient benefit to acquire new clients by leveraging existing and new relationships
Conduct market analysis and approve sales excellence to strengthen sales teams and sales activities
Develop the Trach transformation area and build a strong Trach team and go-to-market model
Building a marketing, training and digital team that enables growth, through the provision of training and the creation of product awareness
Strengthening the clinical education team as key reference points for end users and HCPs/SLPs
Manage relationships with payers to drive business growth and identify new client opportunities through case management
Ensure alignment and collaboration between all teams in the implementation of strategic initiatives in commercial priorities
Collaborate with global partners on global initiatives to leverage synergies and drive alignment where appropriate
Assist in setting financial targets and developing/monitoring the budget What makes you stand out:
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or health care or comparable training paired with sound professional experience
Sound knowledge of the German healthcare system
You are a creative strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong understanding of existing customer requirements and underlying drivers of the business
Leadership and collaboration with various cross-functional teams
Sound knowledge of performance reporting and the financial/budgeting process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
