- Sie unterstützen den Global Process Owner (GPO) Accounts Receivable in allen Fragen entlang der Order-to-Cash Prozesskette. Sie agieren als Berater/in für die weltweiten Vertriebs
- und Servicegesellschaften sowie die Shared Service Hubs im Bereich Accounts Receivable- als Projektverantwortliche/r erarbeiten, planen und koordinieren Sie die Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung der globalen Accounts Receivable Prozesse- zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie die Entwicklung von Dashboards in Process Mining Tools zur Überwachung der Einhaltung der globalen Accounts Receivable Prozesse- dabei identifizieren Sie Schwachstellen und leiten Prozessanpassungen ab. Als Global Process Expert (m/w/d) sind Sie eng in das ZEISS Konzernprogramm FIT4 zur Einführung einer neuen SAP-Landschaft auf Basis SAP S/4 und der Definition der künftigen globalen Accounts Receivable Prozesse eingebunden
Sie haben:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker mit Affinität zu buchhalterischen Prozessen und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten Positionen- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in SAP-Beratung FI/CO sowie zusätzliche Qualifikation als SAP-Berater (weitere Module wie z. B. SD, CS wünschenswert)- einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Sales und Finance mit hoher Affinität zu IT-Themen und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Vorgänge und Prozesse- eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit der Bereitschaft im Team zu arbeiten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und sind offen für Veränderungen- hohe Eigenmotivation, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein übergreifendes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Lösungen- einen sicheren Umgang mit CELONIS, Microsoft Excel und anderen Office-Anwendungen- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Arbeit im internationalen Netzwerk- Reisebereitschaft
