**IHRE ERSTE ROUTE**:
- Durchführung von Check-ins und Check-outs.
- Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Gästereservierungen und -profilen.
- Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken zur Gästebetreuung.Bereitstellung von Informationen über Hoteldienstleistungen, Einrichtungen und lokale Attraktionen
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Beschwerden auf professionelle und freundliche Weise.
- Sicherstellung einer prompten und effizienten Problemlösung zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Rezeption, Housekeeping und Gastronomie, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und herausragenden Service zu gewährleisten.
- Pflege der Gästedatenbank und Sicherstellung der Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Informationen
