Student Assistant

We are a dynamic company in the aviation industry and are currently looking for support for the following position:
**Student Assistant Operations (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:

- You’ll actively support the Operations team in Kaiserslautern with collecting, compiling, validating, and analyzing data for projects and production
- You’ll be actively involved in the preparation of coordinative and decision events as well as target group-specific PowerPoint presentations, Excel elaborations etc.
- You’ll support in data management as well as the documentation of processes
- You’ll be involved in project administration, task and action tracking and recurring activities in the day-to-day business
- You'll be involved in process definition and preparing documents for aviation authorities

**Your Profile**:

- Your field of study is in economics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business computer science, business management or business engineering (or any related combination studies)
- You have very good English skills (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an advantage
- You have very good organizational skills and an affinity for technical processes and correlations
- You have first experience in MS Project, SharePoint as well as database / SQL knowledge is advantageous
- You have an affinity for health and safety related topics
- You like to work process-oriented and structured
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to work within a team
