We are offering an internship position in our Mergers & Acquisitions team at our location in Friedrichshafen with a minimum duration of 3 months. The start date is August 2023.

**Your tasks as Intern Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations / Finance (M/F/d)**:

- Support and development of strategic M&A and cooperation concepts
- Preparation of business analyzes (e. g. benchmarking, company profiles, market overviews etc.)
- Participation in ongoing national and international M&A / cooperation projects (project management, presentations, due diligence evaluations etc.)
- Support business development projects

**Your profile as Intern Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations / Finance (M/F/d)**:

- You are studying economics or equivalent with good grades
- First work experiences through e. g. internships/ student projects are desirable
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good German and English language skills
