**Deine Aufgaben als Product Owner (w/m/d)**:

- Im Produktbereich Supplier Relationship Management & Portal Solutions unterstützen wir unsere Kunden dabei, ihre Lieferanten in einem volatilen Marktumfeld mit höchster Transparenz zu qualifizieren, zu managen und zu entwickeln.
- Du verantwortest die Betreuung, die Weiterentwicklung und den Ausbau unserer SaaS-Lösungen im Bereich Supplier Management.
- Du nimmst Kundenanforderungen im Rahmen von Workshops oder User Interviews auf.
- Du entwickelst User Journeys, Mockups und Lösungskonzepte gemeinsam mit unseren UX-Engineers und dem DevOps Team, erstellst und verfeinerst Features und User Stories.
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung der Features und User Stories mit internen und externen Entwicklungsabteilungen unter Verwendung von agilen Vorgehensweisen und Frameworks wie Scrum, Lean UX und SAFe.
- Du nimmst die Produktentwicklungen nach gängigen Qualitätskriterien ab und präsentierst diese gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern in den Sprint Demos.
- Du stehst bei Fragen zu den von dir betreuten Applikationen deinen Kolleg*innen aus den Bereichen Sales und Consulting sowie unseren Kunden beratend zur Seite.
- Du verbesserst und automatisierst bestehende Kundenprozesse durch die Anwendung von KI-Methoden.

**Das bringst du mit als Product Owner (w/m/d)**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du hast umfangreiche relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in Software Entwicklungsprozessen, insbesondere agilen Methoden wie Scrum, Lean UX und Design Thinking mit.
- Dich zeichnen hervorragende analytisch-konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus, um Kundenanforderungen aufzunehmen und diese in eine Software-Lösung zu übertragen.
- Du besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse über die Prozesse im Einkauf
- und im Lieferantenmanagement in der Automobil
- und Fertigungsindustrie.
- Ein weiteres Plus stellen Erfahrungen mit DevOps Prozessen dar.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.

Wir möchten dich gerne umfänglich kennenlernen und deswegen finden 2 bis 3 Kennenlern-Gespräche mit deinen zukünftigen Kolleg*innen statt. Für diese Gespräche nutzen wir Telefon
- und Videokonferenzen und können so einen zügigen Ablauf gewährleisten. Mindestens eines dieser Gespräche wird in der Regel vor Ort in unserem Office stattfinden.
