Field Supervisor

**General Accountability**
This position will be to provide support for both UK and CIS Thru
- Tubing operations using downhole tooling including Plugs & Packers, MHA’s including Mills, cleanout and fishing tools, on site customer relations and up sales and other basic duties.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Perform on site Thru-Tubing operations: Milling / Fishing / Cleanout / Plug Setting
- Tool redressing, job load out and equipment selection
- Keep and prepare accurate delivery tickets, job logs, time sheets, toolbox meetings and run sheets
- Advise and support customers on proper procedures and tool capabilities and their corresponding data and requirements
- Ability to teach and train less experienced personnel
- Advise Reservoir Group Well Intervention customers and management both UK and CIS on troubleshooting techniques
- Data and statistical analysis for reports and job tracking
- Customer relations and field sales - Internal and external
- Understand load securement, journey management, hazardous material handling and GHIS, hydrogen sulphide exposure prevention, petroleum safety awareness, fall protection regulations
- Carry out duties at the highest level of work quality
**Technical Responsibilities**
- Thorough knowledge of all available tools and their Specifications and uses and all services
- Make up BHA tool drawings
- Make Up and breakdown of tool strings
- Milling / Fishing / Cleanout with standard CT operations
- Capacity to accurately Pull and Pressure testing
- Maintain data records for statistics, run rates, usage
- Understand co-efficient and tool performance envelopes
- Proper torqueing techniques to meet specifications
- Establish difference between differential and off bottom pressure for positive displacement motor operations
- Determines the need and use of equipment when on a job
- Required to work on a 24 hours on call basis
- Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
- Must attend all thru
- tubing related technical training
- Use correct methods in accordance with the established procedures and schedules while ensuring analytical quality;
- Observe established safety regulations and comply with all Reservoir Group health and safety policies and procedures;
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Thorough knowledge of all Well Intervention tools, their specifications and uses and all Well Intervention services including
- Understand all components of well bore dynamics including well bore cleanout and debris management
- Knowledge of well geometry and hydraulics
- Able to understand and calculate flow rates, run rates, usage, velocities, volumes, forces and pressures
- Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of Thru-Tubing services
- The ability to work well with little supervision
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal and ability to read English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Required Qualifications**:
- Excellent customer relations and interaction abilities
- Thru -Tubing, or Coil Tubing experience preferred
- Oilfield service experience including pumping services, electric wireline, fishing and downhole tools is an asset
- Required to work on 24 hours on call basis
- Valid driver’s license
- Motivated, mechanically inclined, safe and strong-minded individuals who have the capacity to work well with little supervision and be willing to learn and grow and succeed with our company
**QHSE Responsibilities**

- Cooperate fully with Reservoir Group to help aid achievement of our QHSE policy and objectives and to carry out work as per the requirements of the QHSE management system;
- Attend and participate in regular QHSE meetings, awareness sessions and training;
- Familiarise themselves with the QHSE management system and location of documentation and resources;
- Work diligently and taking care of the environment, the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions;
- Maintain a clean & orderly work area at all times, and actively participate in QHSE improvement activities
- Report all hazards, incidents and non-conformity, comply with all QHSE rules and requirements and not interfere with any QHSE resources provided;
- Intervene and STOP any work they feel is unsafe, may cause harm to a person or the environment or could result in non-conformity.
**Location: Based in Germany to cover Europe and Africa operations.**
