Operational Buyer

**Your Job**
To strengthen our purchasing team, we are currently seeking an ambitious Operational Buyer (M/F/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week). In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders and be responsible for the demand-driven and efficient procurement of materials, ensuring that our company maintains its competitiveness.

**What You Will Do**
- Introduction, monitoring, and maintenance of delivery schedules in the ERP system based on our customers' demand figures
- Monitoring of functions, reports, and supply chain systems (e.g., consignment stock, buffer stock agreement)
- Creation and review of reports (e.g., backlog reports and delivery schedules)
- Ensuring inventory levels, including safety and distributor stocks
- Close collaboration and coordination with strategic purchasing

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Completed university degree or successfully completed vocational training with a focus on business or technology
- Previous experience in operational purchasing is advantageous
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to achieving our ambitious goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive abilities
- Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
