**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing management to define campaign goals, target audience segments, messaging, and content strategy.
- and post-conference communications, to drive engagement and encourage desired actions from recipients.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead generation results to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment of strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-working environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.

Location: This position can be fully-remote or office-based in Europe, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Pay: 30,000.00€ - 45,000.00€ per year
