**Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully bringing our brand to a new market.
Our first Hoxton in Germany will be home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant, coffee bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment - our unique meetings and events concept.
Reporting to the
**Maintenance Manager**, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Maintenance team; overseeing the maintenance of the hotel facilities and equipment, budgets, regulatory compliances, and everything in between.

**What you'll do...**:
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules & tests and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
- Supervise and train workers.
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Conduct preventative maintenance work.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
- Fault repair, maintenance of equipment, plumbing, furniture and lighting.
- Perform general tasks such as connecting equipment, lighting, installing locks and hinges etc.
- Accurate control of the work and your own workspace and equipment.
- Prepare order and stock takes.
- Cover Maintenance Technicians shifts as required.
