Our Global Healthcare Quality organization is currently implementing a global Laboratory Information Management System (GLIMS). This software is for managing the traceability of laboratory data in quality control for many profiles of subsidiaries: Pharma, Biotechnology, Development. This system has a configured concept for segregation of roles, responsibilities for the lab personal.
**Your Role**:
Support the activities of traceability of the access rights reported in the Authorization Matrix based on assignment in the system. Different configurations need to be documented additionally. Support the team in optimization and documentation of different processes and workflows.
**Requirements**:
- Student of pharmaceutical technology or any other natural or engineering / data science
- Very good skills in managing Excel sheets
- Structured and thorough style of working
- Language skills: English (complete documentation is in English), additional German beneficial
Duration: 6 Months (extension possible)
