**Responsibilities**:
Reviews proposed salary actions & analysis to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies.
Supports in conducting job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policy..
Conducts compensation analysis on promotions, new hires and transfers, wage negotiations, etc
Supports in deployment of corporate initiatives across the location.
Supports time and attendance and payroll admin.
Supports interim/contract manpower management
Conducts HR analysis so as to enable decision making in the region
Cross checking of incoming Company benefits requests whether they are aligned with the company policies.
Assists plant in Annual AOP Merit Budget and Merit processing and labour cost and manpower planning.
Processes Change in Status requests wherever required
Maintains employee benefit files and other record keeping.
Researches special compensation programs or incentive systems to support the organization's objectives.
Analyze and assist in the roll out of Continuous Improvement plans.
Plans for Hourlies and Non-bonus eligible salaried employees
**Requirements**:
Understanding of SAP HR
Good knowledge of employment law
Team-oriented, reliable and strong communication skills
Structured, organized, yet pragmatic approach, even with complex topics
Fluent in German language, good understanding of English
