**Your Role**:
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don't care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let's figure together out how you can contribute to our team.
- Lead and manage the existing information security team at Solaris
- Serve as the Information Security Officer, taking responsibility for driving the management of information security at the company
- Enhance, build, maintain, and communicate the company's Information Security Program, including related policies, procedures, and controls
- Assess and monitor Information Security Risk throughout the organization, recommending safeguards to keep risk at acceptable levels
- Coordinate information security-related audits and serve as the IT point person for regulatory audits, documenting and leading efforts to remediate findings within appropriate timeframes
- Implement tools and automated processes to increase information security, while also partnering with the Cyber team to implement monitoring systems to detect potential incidents and drive security awareness training and campaigns for employees.

**What You Should Bring Along**:

- Strong knowledge in the field of information security and information security management
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (ISO27001, BAIT, MaRISK, PSD2, PCI DSS, KRITIS etc..)
- Technical expertise in IT systems and networks
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities
- Experience in leading small teams and managing relationships with vendors
