**Responsibilities**
- Distil the essence of Lotus brand and tone of voice into written communications that connect with our audience.
- Execute copy across multiple touchpoints (infotainment, digital touchpoints), translating marketing objectives into clear creative ideas that can be executed and delivered on time.
- Manage the translation suppliers, quality reviews and workshops regarding multiple global languages in context of Lotus Infotainment Systems.
- Manage the global Lotus approach regarding translation processes, market reviews and issue handling for digital experience / Infotainment topics.
- Present your ideas clearly and succinctly in a way that people will understand.
- Collaborate and seek out partnerships with cross-functional peers.
- Actively contribute to team testing events, reviews, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (design studios, SW and EE engineers, program management) to precisely identify best-in-class HMI solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachlor/Master’s degree in marketing, media design, linguistics or related field
- At least 4 years of working experience in HMI/UX development or comparable function (translation and localization management)
- Enthusiasm and passion for automotive user interfaces
- Excellent communicator with a solution driven and structured mindset
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude, resolute and highly skilled to drive for results
- Flexible regarding travels to UK Innovation Centre, Sweden, China and other countries if needed
