**In order to support the “Procurement Operations Digital Solutions department” Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a**

**Junior Procurement Digitalisation PMO & Team Assistant (d/f/m)**:
In this role, you will support the overall PMO, Strategy
- and Portfolio Management for various state-of-the-art-solutions for the Procurement and Supply Chain organisations as well as the overall local PY team in their administrative tasks.

About the Procurement Processes & Digital Solutions Department:
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**

Reporting hierarchically to the Head of Procurement Operations Digital Solutions (PYDO), you will be responsible to manage the tasks below:

- Support the overall project & portfolio management team in monitoring the projects and solutions performance, risk management and budget coordination
- Act as Business Analyst and Project Manager in the frame of digitalisation
- Help the team to improve their ways of working and communication to the different stakeholders
- Support the identification of new requirements and potential technologies/solutions, creation and regular update of the Digital Roadmap and Benchmarking with other companies in terms of Digital Transformation
- Ensure a regular management reporting (i.e. monthly PYDO report and dashboard) and a proper information flow among the team
- Support of the PY community in Ottobrunn in all organisational and administrative matters
- Manage the relevant communication as per requirement from PY/ PYDO management team
- This role will involve some travel for business, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

**Desired skills and qualifications**
- You are educated to a Master degree level in computer science, aeronautics or business administration or a similar field of study
- You have experience in Procurement / Supply Chain process / Programme
- You have experience in Project management (AGILE and Waterfall) and in Google Looker Studio, SAP MM, Jira, Confluence and Klaxoon (would be a plus)
- You have a general good understanding of Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Robotic Process Automation (would be a plus)
- You are a good team player and have excellent communication skills, as you will be working in dynamic multi-national teams and in a fast-paced environment
- You are flexible, organized and a structured person and have proven experience with stakeholders’ management and have a Customer mindset and delivery driven
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and or Google Suite
- You speak and write English as a native speaker and have a good knowledge of German (understanding Spanish or French would be a plus)
