**Pricing Planner (M/F/d)**:
**Job Purpose**:
As a Pricing Planner, you will be responsible for end-to-end new vehicle pricing, from concept to launch. You will collaborate with the Headquarters and European markets to establish pricing targets, considering market requirements and competitive environment.

**_ We want you to:_**:
Manage the new vehicle pricing project from concept to launch:

- Planning of new vehicle pricing target with the Global Hyundai headquarter during the development phase, emphasizing the European region requirements
- Formulate a pan-European pricing direction considering the competitive environment of each European Market, taking into account the local market specificities
- Support the development of a long-term pricing strategy for the products or segment, considering internal business objectives, as well as external challenges
- Define the competitors for the pricing basket, target positioning and target cost
- Monitor and prepare detailed reports about the evolution of cost and price positioning vs. target for the product committee
- Develop tentative and final pricing by country for basic vehicle, powertrains, trims and options
- Liaise with the internal stakeholders to secure sales volume and profit target achievement
- Set up approval reports for tentative and final pricing by country
- Manage and communicate final price lists to the internal stakeholders such as Finance and Sales departments and to the European markets
- Report final pricing proposal by country and suggest countermeasures in case they are off target

Manage the life cycle of the existing portfolio:

- Monitor the price competitiveness across Europe and formulate measures for improvement in order to achieve business objectives
- Set up a quarterly report to management, focusing on the price competitiveness and country margins across Europe
- Maintain operational documents up to date; ensure full alignment with product changes
- Liaise closely with the Product Managers to define lifecycle actions for existing vehicles, keeping in mind the profitability target and the price competitiveness of the vehicles
- Maintain excellent level of communication with all relevant stakeholders, including European Markets, Global HQ, R&D and internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance)

You will also need to have:

- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or comparable
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in product planning, pricing, or strategic planning
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in approaching tasks
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics
- Adaptable and open-minded, capable of thriving in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, ensuring satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficient problem solver, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity and proficiency in automotive tools such as JATO, NCBS, and IHS
- Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
