Business Management Intern (m/w/d) - (with German language focus)

**Job Summary**
Equinix is a leading data centre provider, dedicated to innovation, global expansion, and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Management Intern with proficiency in German to assist in a range of business activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, cross-cultural communication, and strategy implementation, all while developing valuable language skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of Data Center business operations, including coordinating internal/external meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports
- Administrative Assistance: Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing files, managing calendars, and preparing presentations in both English and German
- Project Coordination: Aid in the planning, execution, and tracking of various business initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members from various departments (marketing, sales, finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients or German-speaking partners, helping to maintain strong relationships through effective communication

**Qualifications**
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management, International Business, or related field
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in German (both written and spoken); fluency in English is essential
