Wir sind ein Start-Up-Unternehmen im Bildungssektor aus dem Raum Heidelberg/Walldorf und suchen Dich ab August für den Ausbau unseres Geschäftsbereich in Walldorf.

**B2C Digital Sales Associate (m/w/d)**
**Im Bildungsbereich**
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- **Neukundengewinnung**: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen. Du unterstützt aber auch das Team in der Akquise und bringst neue Ideen und Konzepte ins Unternehmen.
- **Vermittlung**: Kunden den geeigneten Lehrkräften vermitteln. Dafür musst du zum einen empathisch gegenüber Schüler*innen sein, aber zum anderen auch deine Lehrkräfte einschätzen können.
- **Betreuung**: Für Kunden und Lehrkräfte. Regelmäßige Rückmeldung einholen und als Ansprechpartner*in zur Verfügung stehen.
- **Teamarbeit**: Du wirst eng mit deinen Kolleg*innen zusammenarbeiten und gemeinsam mit diesen immer neue Strategien und Optimierungsprozesse entwickeln
**Das solltest du mitbringen**:
- Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Interesse am Bildungssektor.
- Du liebst es, dich mit Leuten zu vernetzen und neue Netzwerke aufzubauen.
- Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrungen im Sales Bereich gemacht.
- Du bist EDV Profi (Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Outlook und Excel).
- Wünschenswert: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich.
