- Vollzeit: 40 Stunden in der Woche (an 5 Wochentagen, montags bis samstags), 30 Tage Urlaub, Festgehalt plus Bonus

**Dein Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Du bist die Nummer eins im Lager (Lagerleitung) und managst mit Deinem Team einige Dutzend Mitarbeitende im Lager und einige hundert Ausliefernde
- Du organisierst und steuerst das operative Tagesgeschäft pragmatisch und entschlossen
- Du behältst mittels bereitgestellter Reportingtools Deine Prozesse im Blick und leitest Maßnahmen und Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Headquarter ab
- Als Standortleiter:in hast Du die Verantwortung zur Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie der Betriebsbereitschaft der technischen Einrichtungen inkl. Ordnung & Sauberkeit

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du verfügst über ein Studium der Lagerlogistik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt mindestens zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung, bspw. als Lagerleiter
- Begriffe wie Lean-Management sind Dir nicht fremd, sowie der alltägliche Umgang mit KPIs und Reportingtools
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Sozialkompetenz, ergänzt um ein hohes Maß an Führungsqualitäten
- Vollumfängliche Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und selbstständiges Arbeiten sind für Dich selbstverständlich
