Supervisory Intelligence Specialist

**Duties**:

- Coordinates requirements and resources with the USAREUR-AF G2 and EUCOM J2 and customers as required to accomplish prioritized production missions.
- Establishes and maintains liaison with peer representatives within the Army, IC, and the National System.
- Supervises a GEOINT production staff responsibility for production from multiple GEOINT phenomenologist (RADAR, Spectral, EO, NTM, LiDAR, GMTI, FMV).

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- This position requires the employee to sign a mobility agreement under the provisions of the agency mobility program.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- This position is considered Non-Combat Essential (NCE) in support of the Army?s mobilization and wartime mission. Please see additional information section.

- Prior Federal Service Employee- To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience equivalent to the GG/GS-12 that prepared you to do this job. Specialize experience is defined and experience which includes experience with Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT); and/or experience with Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED). This definition of specialize experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the Federal service.
- Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
- Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Discipline
- Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED)
- Organizational Awareness
