Our Product Management & Portfolio Team (Digital Solutions I Future Energy Home) is responsible for managing the Future Energy Home IT digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, and driving excellence through product innovation, standardization and working practices. The role can be filled at any EDT site within Germany.

Our team is located throughout Germany but also in the metropolitan region of Essen. You can work from Hannover, Hamburg, Berlin, München, Würzburg, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, or from home.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic working student (M/F/d) to join our Future Energy Home team in Content Management and Corporate Communications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in content creation and management, and corporate communications within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, as well as the chance to broaden your IT and digital knowledge. You will play a crucial role in supporting the “Future Energy Home” Digital Solutions unit with content development for internal and external communication initiatives and knowledge sharing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating engaging and compelling content in line with E.ON’s CI and brand guidelines for various platforms, including intranet, presentation documents for stakeholder meetings, and newsletters.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for communications initiatives. Help manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and distribution of content across relevant platforms.
- Social Media Management: Help create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts across different channels. Monitor LinkedIn platforms for engagement and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for content and communication strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining content databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and grammar
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365° package (esp. PowerPoint)
- Ideally first experience in corporate communications and interest for digitalization/IT
- Fluent German and English skills
