**Aufgabe**:
Für Talente mit Entrepreneur Mindset und dem Mut die Zukunft zu gestalten, bietet dir das „Start up“ Trainee Programm für 18 Monate einen Raum zum Lernen und Weiterzuentwickeln an. Wir bieten dir ein breites Spektrum an Einblicken in unsere Organisation, sowie die Möglichkeit, deine Komfortzone zu verlassen und neue Themen kennen zu lernen, um so dein volles Potenzial zu erreichen.
- **Starte durch und steuere deine eigene Karriere **Du wirst 5 Projekteinsätze haben: der erste innerhalb von Technik Deutschland. Danach kannst du dir deine weiteren Projekte individuell **-** im gesamten Konzern **-** aussuchen.
- **Komm aus deiner Komfortzone raus **Nach deinem ersten Einsatz, entscheidest du in welche Themen du tiefer eintauchen möchtest. Während des Programms wollen wir, dass du aus deiner Komfortzone kommst und neue Felder innerhalb der Deutschen Telekom erkundest. Wir werden dich hierbei mit einem breiten Netzwerk unterstützen.
- **Erweitere dein Netzwerk und erlebe die Trainee Community **Die Freitage sind reserviert für den „Magenta Friday“. Alle Trainees kommen zusammen und arbeiten an strategischen, innovativen Wachstumsthemen außerhalb der eigenen Projekteinsätze. Die Trainees arbeiten in verschiedenen Teams, wo sie Events organisieren, ihre Weiterentwicklung fördern oder zu sozialen Initiativen beitragen.
- **Go international **Führendes digitales Telekommunikationsunternehmen ohne internationale Erfahrung? Niemals Mindestens einer deiner (3monatigen) Einsätze wird im Ausland sein. Welches Land und welche Stadt entscheidest du selbst.
- **Verstehe unser Geschäft **Ergreife die Gelegenheit, das operative Geschäft der Deutschen Telekom kennen zu lernen. Während unserer "Service Days" kannst du direkte Einblicke erhalten, wie die Deutsche Telekom mit Kunden zusammenarbeitet. Wähle deine "Service Days", wie zum Beispiel einen Tag im Kundendienst, ein Besuch im T-Shop oder ein Stopp in einem unserer Service Center. Du erhältst direkte Einblicke wie wir täglich Kunden zu Fans machen.
- **Wähle dein Startdatum **Jedes Quartal gibt es die Möglichkeit, das Programm zu beginnen. Bespreche einfach mit deinem Ansprechpartner welches Datum dir am besten passt.

**Profil**:
Du hast erfolgreich ein Ingenieurstudium, Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ähnliches abgeschlossen und verfügst über gute Programmierkenntnisse oder spezialisierte Kenntnisse. Deine Persönlichkeit begeistert durch Leidenschaft für Innovation, Neugier und den Mut, einige Fakten zu hinterfragen. Neben deinem technischen Wissen bringst du auch eine unternehmerische Denkweise mit.

Zudem erfüllst du die folgenden Anforderungen:

- **Relevante Erfahrungen**: Du hast mindestens 6 Monate erste relevante Praktika oder Arbeitserfahrung in den Bereichen IT, Cloud, Netzwerkarchitektur, Cyber Security und/oder in datenbezogenen Umgebungen gesammelt.
- **Fachkenntnisse**: Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse in Informationstechnologie mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen:

- Netzwerktechnologie
- 5G
- IoT
- Digitalisierung
- Maschine Learning und/oder
- Cyber Security
- **Projektmanagement**: Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und bist in der Lage, Projekte effektiv zu planen, zu koordinieren und erfolgreich abzuschließen.
- **Data Analytics**: Du besitzt Fähigkeiten in der Datenanalyse und kannst wertvolle Erkenntnisse zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen ableiten.
- **Interkulturelle Kompetenz**: Unsere Start up Community lebt von ihrer Internationalität. Daher solltest du starke interkulturelle Kompetenzen in deiner DNA haben. Internationale Erfahrungen - sei es durch Auslandsstudium, Work & Travel, etc. - sind daher ein Muss.
